I find myself doing a lot of volunteering throughout the year for one charity or another, so when dj n810 (www.facebook.com/dj.n810) messaged me about donating something for a food drive raffle, I was pretty stoked and honored. Wasn’t sure what the crowd would want, so I ended up turning to a recent project of mine, train graffiti. Â There’s a lot of it out there, let me tell you. You know, coming from a long line of Pabst Blue Ribbon drinkers, I was pretty excited to be involved with the PBR Art Show in Fort Collins! Â It was hosted at Luscious Nectar on October 3rd, 2011, and there was a lot of really good art being shown. Around midnight, they announced the judges and people’s choice selections from the pieces being shown, and lo and behold, my piece “Genie in a Bottle” came out with the People’s Choice...
I’m proud to say that I’ll be involved with the upcoming Fort Collins Help Portrait! The event takes place on December 10th, and I should be spending the better part of the day photographing families that otherwise would not be able to afford to have family portraits done for the holidays.
