You know, coming from a long line of Pabst Blue Ribbon drinkers, I was pretty excited to be involved with the PBR Art Show in Fort Collins! Â It was hosted at Luscious Nectar on October 3rd, 2011, and there was a lot of really good art being shown.
Around midnight, they announced the judges and people’s choice selections from the pieces being shown, and lo and behold, my piece “Genie in a Bottle” came out with the People’s Choice Award!
Many thanks to the people who voted for the piece, I was really honored! Â And definitely big thanks to Kira, Derek, and Wes for being in the shot, and helping me get it done in time! Â 
Genie in a Bottle went on to be shown at two more PBR shows in Denver, and has been entered into the national contest. Â Winners will be announced in September 2012, so keep your fingers crossed for us!
